All dresses are handmade and custom made, not ready-made. After you purchase, we will handcraft it for you.It is recommended that you choose a custom size that fits your body better, otherwise the dress may be too big or too small. Please note that custom colors and custom sizes cannot be returned because they are made to measure.
If your desired dress has a lot of delicate beads or other craftsmanship, it will take longer to make, as such intricate craftsmanship requires our experienced craftsmen to hand-sew one bead at a time. To ensure your ball goes smoothly, we recommend that you purchase your dress in advance.
Our shop provides free custom dress color or size customization service.If you require custom color and custom size, please indicate your custom color code and size when placing your order. Please refer to the color card pictured below and the Prom dress color chart at the bottom of the website for colors.
